Training is part of the every day life of a real-world pilot. If they have to train, why shouldn't you? That's of course far fetched but it can't hurt, especially when you're new to the aircraft, to enlarge your knowledge and practice every now and then. These documents are made by different developers. PSS used to have a couple of very interesting tutorials, but unfortunately PSS shut down a couple of years ago and it's very hard to find any of this wonderfull files.
